Non-Motor Claim Procedure

Our Non-Motor claims unit handles all claims relating to non-motor insurance covers such as;

  1. Personal, Family & Group Personal accident
  2. Foreign Travel
  3. Workmen's Compensation
  4. Fire & Allied Perils
  5. Goods & Cash in Transit
  6. Public Liability
  7. Engineering & Construction
  8. Marine & Aviation Policies

As soon as you discover loss or damage to your assets, kindly report it to us and our competent and well trained claims staff will assist you through the process.

Generally, when an accident occurs, you should comply with the following;

  1. Report the incident to the police or fire service (in case of fire)
  2. Contact us immediately and complete a claim form for the specific cover
  3. Take all steps to protect the damaged property for inspection by us
  4. Do not settle or negotiate to settle, admit or repudiate any claim without our consent
  5. Submit all relevant documentary evidence in respect of the loss to us
  6. Submit all claims, writs or letters from third parties to us unanswered
