The nationwide exercise, organised to promote environmental cleanliness and healthy communities, saw staff of SIC Insurance PLC joining thousands of Ghanaians in efforts to improve sanitation across the country.
At the national level, four members of staff represented SIC Insurance PLC at the offices of the National Insurance Commission (NIC) in Ridge, where they joined other players in the insurance industry to clean the surroundings of the NIC Headquarters and the environs of the Ako Adjei Interchange, a major intersection in the capital city.
Simultaneously, staff at the Company's Head Office, Nyemitei House near Danquah Circle in Accra, undertook a clean-up exercise around the office premises and adjoining streets, helping to enhance the cleanliness and appearance of the area.
In Tema, employees of the SIC Insurance PLC Tema Branch also participated enthusiastically by cleaning the surroundings of their office, demonstrating the Company's commitment to maintaining a clean and healthy environment in the communities where it operates.
On Saturday July 11, members of staff across the nation also took part in the national clean up exercise in their various individual communities, showing alignment with the company’s values of personal responsibility and community support.
